Peter and Kara are dear friends of mine. It was such a pleasure to photograph portions of their wedding as a second shooter. I actually contracted strep throat a week or so before their wedding and didn’t think I’d be able to shoot at all. I’m glad that I was able to snap these images of their day. :)

Kara got ready in a decked-out, kid’s nursery room. I incorporated some of the fun colors into her detail shots.

Stunning bouquet of succulents and roses.

I didn’t officially photograph the ceremony, but I couldn’t bear to miss the first kiss. :)

I’m thankful that Dale and Katy were willing to step into the humid summer air for a few outdoor images. These are among my favorites shots of the day, and some of my all-time favorite couples shots.

Photographing Dale, Katy and their guests was such a pleasure. They were a dream to work with and such a kind group of people. I hope you enjoy a few of my favorite images from Dale and Katy’s wedding day.

This is one of my favorite images of Katy.

Katy’s son escorted her down the aisle.

There wasn’t a dry eye in the chapel while Dale sang Steven Curtis Chapman’s “I will be here.”

Rich and Leeann’s wedding was defined by the wonderful details, which I hope to highlight in a few of my favorite images from their wedding.

It’s so rewarding to shoot engagement and wedding photos for the same couple. It gives me an idea of the couple’s comfort level in front of a camera, natural posing capabilities, and I find out what style of images they are looking for. I quickly discovered that when Rachel and Jordan are together, everyone, especially the photographer, fades away. They are a sweet couple, and very kind, loving people. I was working for Imagineering Studios, Inc. when I shot this wedding.
